Promotions

✤ Promotions are granted on the basis of the whole year's work of the pupil. The final examination is not a promotion examination. Hence the importance of regularity in attendance and work. Pupils most therefore work steadily from the begining of the years

✤ There are six examinations, held in the course of the year, at the end of each semester. Orals and practicals as indicated under the 'syllabus of steady.

✤ No text books, note books or other papers are to be brought into the examination hall. Students must bring their own instrument box, rubber. Pencils etc., They are not allowed to leave their seats without the permission of the supervisor in charge of the examination hall

✤ The prompt checking of the remarks and school reports is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

✤ All promotions and detentions are decided only after careful consideration of all aspects of the pupil's progress. Hence the decision of the principal in this regard is final and binding.

✤ An application for the verification of marks in special cases may be considered at the discretion of the principal. Answer paper will not be shown under any circumstances.

✤ 40% of marks shall be required to pass in each subject. The minimum marks required to pass in each subject 40%.

✤ The result of the examination will be with held in case of the school and other fees not be paid.
